MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Company is managed by the CEO and Founder, who is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience,  dedicated to the success of the Company and efficient execution of its planned operations.

James G. Smith, CEO and Founder. 

Mr. Smith has enjoyed a career as a Vice President in banking, technology and an investor in the real estate industry with a broad array of expertise in the acquisition and management of real estate assets.

Mr. Smith is responsible for overall management of the Company and has senior approval responsibilities for the inclusion of assets into the Company. He is onboarding additional Senior team members to execute the business model.
