INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY

HelioCasa Corporation (the "Company") is a Solar PV Energy, Green System and Affordable Multifamily Rental Housing company focused on changing the way people live throughout the world.

Climate change and a lack of housing in many parts of the country and the world is a growing problem and opportunity. HelioCasa aims to address both the need for clean scalable sources of renewable energy and the rental housing shortage by developing state-of-the-art clean-energy green rental homes and solar PV farms.

Our solution – First, Heliocasa will outfit properties with solar pv systems. Second, our aim is to retrofit properties in weeks instead of months, using components built in our and supplier's factories that are clean, smart and energy efficient. Third, the system will be managed by HelioCasa artificial intelligence (AI)-powered technology.  

The Business will create long-term asset appreciation, value creation, cash flow, and future dividends for shareholders through the generation of rent payments from leases and net-metering revenue.

The Company is based in North Carolina and was formed in 2022. The CEO and Founder, James G. Smith, is an experienced real estate investor, a former Vice President in Corporate & Investment banking with over 25 years of experience and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. 

THE HELIOCASA MISSION

In many parts of the country, renting has become a highly desirable alternative to traditional homeownership. From young people to retirees and families of all sizes, there are more and more people renting in lieu of buying. But rather than single homes, many people are instead opting for multifamily or town homes to rent.

HelioCasa’s mission has 4 objectives:

      • Retrofit properties with Solar systems 
      • Develop Healthy Housing and Communities
